Arenay-Home specializes in furnishing properties for investment/rental purposes as well as complete Bespoke Interior Design. From one-bedroom apartments through to Palatial Villas and even a 50-bedroom hotel, they have the infrastructure to furnish/decorate any property in any style, color etc.
They have an edge over most of their competitors, in that their warehouses carry inventory stock for at least 15 properties at any given time. All of their furniture is manufactured in Spain to the highest standards. Quality, Durability and WOW factor appeal are their main areas of focus and they have an unsurpassed 2-week turnaround! They dont compromise on quality, for example all of our electronic items are either Bosch, Siemens, Philips, Sony, Rowenta, Moulinex and many other leading brand names.
They also provide clients with Absolute Peace of Mind, as they have full insurance coverage. They also differ from most companies in that they dont limit clients to a selection of 3 packages, rather they have package budgets and then we allow clients to choose from over 200 suppliers! Obviously should you wish to leave the entire process in their hands, they do provide a complete Bespoke service!
All of their staff are employed by Arenay-Home S.L. they do not sub-contract workers! They have 25 employees and 8 vans to cover the area from Sotogrande to Malaga, without any problems. This includes technicians, designers, seamstresses, administration and furnishing personnel.
